Singing Men of Texas North Central Chapter Who Are the Singing Men? "I've thrown myself headlong into your arms - I'm celebrating your rescue. I'm singing at the top of lungs, I'm so full of answered prayers."
The passage from Psalm 13:5-6 in the Message is the testimony of the Singing Men of North Central Texas. These ministers of music, Baptist professors, and church staff members find great joy in lifting each other in prayer, and singing together at eight concerts annually. On most Sundays, you can find the Singing Men in churches of all shapes and sizes leading worship in a diversity of styles. Their music has been heard around the world inspiring audiences in England, China, Australia, Romania, Spain, and most recently, Brazil with the exhilarating sound of voices united in song. "Praise the Lord, O my soul, all my inmost being praise His holy name" - words which expressed the heart of the psalmist and words which bring life to the music of Texas' SINGING MEN. |
